Engage in a series of practices to strengthen and align your energy field, connect to your inner wisdom, and learn energetic hygiene techniques to protect, cleanse and clear.

Practices include:

• Temenos - the art of creating sacred space

• Simple energy medicine exercises, gentle breathwork and guided meditative processes

• Creation of your own vibrational remedies to take home with you including a custom flower/gem essence protection blend and an essential oil clearing spray

• Energetic hygiene /space clearing techniques to use on your personal energy field as well as your surrounding space

Please bring along a small item that has personal meaning for you to include in our Temenos practice, water bottle, journal/notebook and pen. Chairs will be provided but you may wish to bring along a yoga mat/cushion/blanket for meditative activities if desired.

Energetic hygiene / space clearing products will be available for sale on the day for those who wish to purchase.
