An intimate 4-week dreaming circle exploring the inner realms of meditations and dreams. Teachings are largely experiential therefore a willingness to participate and share within the small group container is required.

Sessions include:

• Tools and techniques to aid in the remembrance and incubation of dreams

• Dream appreciation vs analysis and ways in which we can explore the world of dreams

• An opportunity to share a dream/meditation for collective group mirroring

• Creative and embodied practices for dream exploration and inner process work
