Kristie Ives is an Accredited Kinesiologist, Reiki Master and ITA Energy Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in energy medicine. Discovering a passion for energy & consciousness studies in her teens, Kristie has trained in a variety of modalities including Kinesiology, Reiki, Colour Therapy, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Flower Essences, Massage, Integrated Therapeutic Alignment (ITA) and various meditation techniques including Mahat and Vedic meditation. She has furthered her Kinesiology qualification with additional streams such as LEAP Brain Integration (Learning Enhancement Acupressure Program) and APEC (Accessing the Power of the Extraordinary Channels).

Gentle and intuitive, Kristie is passionate about helping people realise their own potential through becoming more self-aware and aligning to their truth.

With a strong focus on emotional, neurological & spiritual health, Kristie utilises the Kinesiology framework to incorporate a variety of energy medicine techniques, transpersonal coaching, flower/gem essences and essential oils within her individually tailored sessions.
